Bastad Tennis Betting Odds

Swedish Open in Bastad is one of the best tournaments on the tour, at least if you ask the players. There they get treated like kings in nice surroundings, can enjoy the nightlife and  have close encounters with blonde Swedish girls (they are “players” ha-ha). A win-win for them really.

But they are really there to play tennis of course and because Bastad is a clay court tournament and Swedish girls like Spanish athletes, we can always expect a ton of Spaniards, many of them great clay court players (Robredo has won the tournament something like 59 times). So that is all fine and dandy you say, but what is in it for me?

Well, not so much. Hopefully you get to watch some good tennis, and maybe, by betting on the tennis matches, win a buck or two. I will be following the tournament along with Stuttgart of course and provide you with my take on the Bastad Tennis Betting Odds and recommended betting strategies to make the most out of your money and your tennis interest.

The first round offers:

[Stuttgart] Simon is better than he has been in a while, but he won’t have it easy against one of my favorite players on tour, Dustin Brown. 4.33 on the unpredictable Jamaican is not that bad of a bet. You get those fine odds at Bodog.

Michael Berrer can definitely beat Greul (also in Stuttgart) and at 2.50 that is also a decent bet.

I would also pick Gimeno-Traver over Chardy for 2.80. All these odds at Bodog.

Man, I’m sleepy. Going to dream of some Swedish girls.
