When Mike Tyson Was an MMA Ref

Mike Tyson has lived quite the life. He’s been a world champion boxer, sidekick for Jimmy Kimmel and an actor in “The Hangover”. What you might not have known is Iron Mike also served as an MMA referee. From the video it looks as if Mike doesn’t know the rules all too well. But that’s all right because he didn’t eat anyone’s children. And the winner of the bout -Terry Etim-  didn’t need long to win by triangle choke at WCFC’s “No Guts, No Glory”.

Etim is now in the UFC and has rattled off 4 straight wins in the lightweight division. He will fight Denis Siver at UFC 112.

Dang – where ya’ been…this video has been making the rounds for a couple of years now!

He hasn’t served as an MMA Ref on a regular basis…just this one time as a guest ref. And for obvious reasons.
