1. New Orleans Saints (-9) Thirty-six points in one half? Not bad. Twenty-two unanswered in the fourth quarter? Ridiculous. Momentum is hard to come by in the NFL, but if it’s possible, the Saints will ride it straight into Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons. They’re scoring 39.7 points per game for a total of 238 points this season. Hard to argue with numbers like that.

2. Indianapolis Colts (-11) Poster Boy Peyton Manning is enjoying some of the best performances of his career this season. That’s wonderful for the team as a whole, but it also means Indy’s defense is getting no love. They’re giving up just 12.8 points a game, which is generally not enough for an opposing team victory… especially in the case of the 49ers.

3. Denver Broncos (+3.5) Rookie head coach Josh McDaniels allowed his team five days of rest after their sixth straight win Sunday, which should leave them well rested enough to take on the Ravens in Baltimore.

4. Minnesota Vikings (+3) The Vikes smashed into a wall of Steel at Heinz Field last Sunday, resulting in their first loss of the season. However, they should be able to regroup in time for Brett Favre’s long-awaited return to Lambeau Field.

5. Arizona Cardinals (-8) Sunday night’s win over the Giants in New York was tremendous for the Cardinals. Along with Beanie Wells’ new found play-making ability, they can build on that victory — their first at the Meadowlands in a decade — at home against the Panthers this Sunday.

6. New York Giants (+1.5) The Giants shot themselves in the foot on Sunday time and again, turning the ball over on four separate occasions. They’re still near the top of the NFC, and will get the opportunity to prove it on the road against the Eagles this week.

7. Dallas Cowboys (-9.5) Dallas’ defense found a way to get to Matt Ryan last week, resulting in a couple picks and a win for the Cowboys. The negativity in the Seahawks’ locker room could work in Dallas’ favor at home against Seattle this weekend, also.

8. Green Bay Packers (-3) Aaron Rodgers was excellent against the Browns last week, but he’ll have to play from his rear end on Sunday if the Packers’ offensive line hasn’t figured out how to protect him from Jared Allen. The last time these two teams met, Rodgers was sacked eight times.

9. Atlanta Falcons (+9) The Falcons are surrendering more than 350 yards per game on defense, mainly because the defensive line has no clue how to put pressure on the quarterback. They’ll need to get their act together as far as that goes before they can have a shot at taking down Drew Brees and the Saints Monday night.

10. Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) The Ravens, barring any dumb penalties, should be ready to hand the Broncos their first loss of the season. Baltimore desperately needs their bumbling cornerbacks to hold down Eddie Royal and Brandon Marshall; everything else will fall into place if Joe Flacco does his job.
