Just a few more ‘non sport’ type props to go through and then we’ll move on in our Superbowl betting overview and start talking about prop bets on the game itself.  As always, the props mentioned in this article are from Bodog.

Kim Kardashian, for those of you who don’t know, is the girlfriend of New Orleans Saints’ running back Reggie Bush.  She’ll no doubt be in attendance at Superbowl 44 and Bodog has a couple of props about her.  Neither prop bet is particularly easy to handicap, but I’ll give you my thoughts on them anyway.  Here’s the first:

If the New Orleans Saints win will Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush be engaged by July 31st 2010?

This prop also has the following disclaimer:

If the New Orleans Saints do not win the game then all wagers have no action. If the Saints win then all wagers will have action until July 31st 2010

The good news is that if the Saints lose the game, your bet isn’t a loser–instead, you get your money back.  The bad news is that if they *do* win, you’ll have to wait until July 31st to get the bet graded.  Maybe the premise of this bet is that if the Saints win that Bush will propose to Kardashian after the game as a couple of college football players have done in recent years.  In all fairness, I don’t really follow the gossip pages much and really don’t have much of a clue about the status of the Kardashian/Bush relationship.  If you do, this prop bet may be worth a shot.

The other Kardashian prop doesn’t make you wait as long for its resolution:

What color top will Kim Kardashian be wearing at the Super Bowl?

And we’ve got a disclaimer here as well:

Wager is on color of top and not on jacket if separate top and jacket are shown. If two or more options are combined as the primary color on top then all wagers are no action.

So Kardashian has to wear a solid color top for this bet to have action.  I’d also assume that the TV cameras need to get a clear shot of her top.  I did a little Google pictures research on Ms. Kardashian’s color choices and really couldn’t come up with any particularly strong position.  She does wear a lot of solid colors, so there’s a good chance that one way or the other this bet will be paid off.  My best advice?  She seems to wear white frequently as in the picture accompanying this post.  Since the price on white is more favorable than the other two, we’ll take a shot that she’ll wear it for the Superbowl.
