Our play of the day yesterday was postponed due to heavy rain in Hawaii where the 2011 Sony Open is being held. But since the match is going to be played within 24 hours of the original starting time that bet still will still stand which means we will basically have two play of the day today.

It’s probably a well known fact by now that we like to bet on the over/under lines in the NBA and we have been doing pretty well with those bets too. Today we think we have found another good odds on the over/under line in the NBA game between the Sacramento Kings and the New York Knicks. The over/under is set at 219.5 which is a bit too high in our opionion and we’ll be betting the under in this game.

We have been running pretty bad lately and yesterday we managed to find yet another losing pick. But that’s what it’s like sometimes when it comes to sports betting and now we will be doing our best try break this bad spell and move on to a hot streak similar to the one we had at the start of the year.

Today we think we have found a decent bet during the first round of the 2011 Sony Open which is one of the more interesting events on the PGA Tour. The three ball match up that caught our attention was Byrd Jonathan – Els Ernie – Furyk Jim where the internet sportsbook Expekt.com are offering the odds of +155 (2.55) on a Furyk win.

Yesterday we were not ever close at winning our under bet in the Suns vs. Nuggets game which means that we are now showing negative numbers for the first time this year.

Today we will resort the the English Premier League to get our play of the day once more. We ahave actually been running prett good with our Premier League bet so we have a lot of confidence in today’s play of the day. Today we will be betting Liverpool to win against Blackpool.

Liverpool has been disappointing more than once this season but with legend Kenny Dalglish as coach we actually think they will get more out of their players. There are rumours they will change the formations and play Kuyt/Torres up front and Johnson as winger, which sounds promising.

Our play of the day yesterday wasn’t even close to being a winner and the game was all over after the first half as Hercules were already up 4-0 over our play Atletico Madrid. It’s hard to pick winners consistently when you are forced to make a bet every day but once there are some more games to choose from we should be doing a bit better. At least we are still showing a profit for the year, even if it’s a tiny one at the moment.

Today we will resort back to something that we have been very successful at so far, betting the Over/Under in the NBA. In tonight’s game between the Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets the internet sportsbook BetUS.com have set the over/under line at 219 points. We feel that’s a couple of points too high and we will be going for the under with our play of the day.
