Rich Franklin will make his first UFC appearance in over a year when he takes on Wanderlei Silva at UFC 147 in Brazil.

Franklin took the first fight between the two at UFC 99, but has lost 3 of 5. The former UFC middleweight champion needs a victory over Silva. Silva is coming off an insane destruction of Cung Le, and wants to avenge that 2009 loss.
