Former UFC champion, star of stage and screen (well just screen really), Quinton “Rampage” Jackson showed up on TV the other day. The show? Dr. Phil. But it wasn’t to get help for himself, although he certainly should have left there with some new life tools. He was there to tell kids to stay away from gangs.

According to Rampage, every guy that he went to high school with is now dead. I’m guessing that’s not entirely accurate, but I hope that his message got through to these youngsters and they choose to lead a different life.

As for Mr. Jackson, here’s hoping he puts on a more exciting display the next time he is in the Octagon. Rampage got the win in his recent fight against Machida, but many thought Machida won the fight and were disappointed that Rampage didn’t bring it more.
