On what alternate universe does someone compare a college football program being punished to 9/11? The one that Penn State fan Tom Price is on.
He says that the day the sanctions came down on Penn State were similar to one of the all-time worst tragedies in American history. “It was our 9/11 today. I just saw planes crashing into towers,” Price said.
See it for yourself.
This guy needs to go to a 9/11 remembrance and apologize in-person to some of the families that actually lost people on that day. He should take out a full-page ad in the paper telling the world how foolish his comparison was. Lastly, he might want to seek psychological help.

To quote a friend of mine: “Judging from the reactions of some Penn State students to the removal of Paterno’s statue, it’s highly unlikely they will be replacing it with ‘The Thinker’.
