Norv Turner Needs the Heimlich Maneuver… Again

So much for the San Diego Chargers being the team to beat in the NFL playoffs. Just like every other year, the Bolts got bounced early. This time the culprits were the barely squeaked into the postseason New York Jets. I guess Rex Ryan was right about his gang of green being the chosen ones.

Rexy is backing up all his big talk by teaching sound fundamental defense and not asking his neophyte quarterback to win games. That’s called good coaching. Oh, and Rex chews thumbtacks for fun, because that’s what real men do.

The opposite of a real man would be Norv Turner. He and his team executed one of the bigger gag jobs in recent memory by squandering the advantages of a bye week and allowing the Jets to use the grass of Qualcomm Stadium as their personal toilet paper.

Well played, Norv. Your reputation as being soft and incompetent is still intact. It’s not all doom and gloom for you, Mr. Turner. The Bills are desperate for an overrated head coach who teases the fan-base before folding under pressure. I hear your name is at the top of their list. Congrats!

Stay classy San Diego. Even though you are a bunch of monumental choke-artists.
