Preview: On Sunday afternoon, the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills will square off in an AFC East tilt.
The Patriots have been very impressive; winning six straight games. The Patriots pounded the Jets, then went to Chicago and drilled the Bears, before coming home and holding on to beat Green Bay. New England has scored the most points in the NFL; with 446. Their point differential of +143 is the highest in the entire league. New England’s offense, led by Tom Brady has thrown for 3561 yards and 31 touchdowns on the season. His top receiver – Wes Welker has caught 83 passes; with 7 of them going for touchdowns. With one more win, the Patriots will seal the deal on the top spot in the AFC; meaning they will have home field all the way to the Super Bowl.
The Buffalo Bills, after their 0-8 start, have won four of their last six games. The Bills were able to down divisional rival Miami on Sunday to eliminate the Dolphins from postseason contention. Buffalo has been impressed by the play of their quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. The quarterback has thrown for just under 2750 yards and 23 touchdowns on the season. Buffalo’s top receiver has been Stevie Johnson; who has 10 touchdown receptions.
