NFL Injuries: Divisional Round of the Playoffs

NFL Injuries: Division Round of the Playoffs

Arizona Cardinals: Anquan Boldin (ankle)

Last weekend Kurt Warner and the Arizona Cardinals put on a show that will go down in NFL history as the highest scoring game in NFL playoff history, but they were able to score their 51 points on the Green Bay Packers without one of their best wide receivers in Anquan Boldin (questionable).

This week the Cardinals go up against another potent offense in the New Orleans Saint where they will need to put up a lot of points once again to keep up with Drew Brees and company. Despite being listed as questionable with an ankle injury this time around, the Cardinals will most likely see Boldin on the sidelines for the second straight week.

Baltimore Ravens: Todd Heap (back/neck), Joe Flacco (hip)

Last weekend the Baltimore Ravens just dominated the New England Patriots, but it was all running game and defense as Joe Flacco (probable) threw for just 34 yards. This week against the Indianapolis Colts Flacco is a little banged up, but will play. Tight end Todd Heap (probable) is also a little nicked up, but he will also play against the Colts.

Dallas Cowboys: Marion Barber (knee), Tashard Choice (concussion)

The Dallas Cowboys are arguably the hottest team in the playoffs right now, besides the San Diego Chargers, but their backfield is pretty banged up right now with both Marion Barber (questionable) and Tashard Choice (probable) dealing with nagging injuries. Choice should be good to go, but Barber will be limited like he was last week against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Minnesota Vikings: Visanthe Shiancoe (quad)

Fortunately for Brett Favre and company, the Vikings are pretty healthy coming into their playoff game with the Dallas Cowboys, but tight end Visanthe Shiancoe (questionable) is suffering from a quad injury. Shiancoe has been practicing though, so he should be able to play this weekend.

New Orleans Saints: Lance Moore (ankle), Pierre Thomas (ribs)

The New Orleans Saints have lost three straight games coming into their first playoff game against the Arizona Cardinals, but they have had two weeks to lick their wounds before getting back on the gridiron. Lance Moore (questionable) and Pierre Thomas (ribs) are suffering from some injuries though which could be a big blow to the once potent Saints offense.

New York Jets: Thomas Jones (knee)

The New York Jets have the best running game in the NFL right now, but they might not be as effective in the running game this week against the San Diego Chargers as Thomas Jones (probable) is nursing a knee injury which will most likely give rookie Shonn Greene the bulk of the carries once again.

San Diego Chargers: Shawn Merriman (foot)

This Sunday the San Diego Chargers will be relatively healthy coming into their matchup with the New York Jets, but they could be without arguably their best defensive player as linebacker Shawn Merriman (questionable) is still suffering from a foot injury.
