1. New England Patriots (13-2) – New England has the AFC clinched, but will seek their 14th win of the season Sunday when they take on the Bills.
2. New Orleans Saints (11-4) – New Orleans came away with a big Monday Night win over Atlanta. The Saints are locked in at the 5 seed, but with a win and Atlanta loss could slide up to 1 or 2.
3. Atlanta Falcons (12-3) – Atlanta took their third loss of the season Monday Night to New Orleans. With a win over Carolina on Sunday, the Falcons will have home field advantage all the way through the NFC.
4. Chicago Bears (11-4) – The Bears added to their resume a win over the New York Jets. The Bears with a win over the Packers could not only keep them out of the postseason, but also move Chicago to the # 1 seed, if Atlanta were to lose.
1. Atlanta Falcons (12-2) – The Falcons won their 12th game of the season on Sunday and clinched at least a share of the NFC South title. Atlanta will now look to make a splash on Monday Night Football against New Orleans.

4. Philadelphia Eagles (10-4) – Philadelphia needed a miracle, and got it, taking a stranglehold on the NFC East. DeSean Jackson continues to show he is almost unstoppable.
