NBA Betting Free Picks For Tuesday: Milwaukee Clip Joint

NBA betting abounds on Tuesday and we’ll take a look at one of our favorite ‘investments’ this season, the Milwaukee Bucks as they host the Los Angeles Clippers.  The Bucks are currently in fifth place in the Eastern Conference–they really don’t have a shot at running down Atlanta for the #4 spot so they’ll just need to stay ahead of #6 Miami and #7 Charlotte.  The Clippers are at #12 in the West and sinking like a stone having lost 8 of their last 10 games.

The fact that the Bucks lost to the Clippers by 8 out in L.A. a couple of weeks ago might not matter if their coach–Scott Skiles–wasn’t a notorious red ass.  He was very upset at the team’s performance that night, claiming that his team ‘wasn’t ready to play’.  That’s one of the few times this season the Bucks haven’t put out a top notch effort, and for that reason the concept of ‘revenge’ is valid here.  Besides, the Bucks have been money in the bank in revenge spots this season posting a 23-14 ATS mark.  They’ve also beaten up on bottom feeders like the Clippers, posting a 22-13 ATS mark against teams with a losing record.

The Clippers are a mess right now, but when *haven’t* they been a mess?  They’ve covered only 4 of their last 16 games, can’t score and can’t stop anyone from scoring.  They’re playing out the string while Milwaukee has some immediate goals to make sure they hang on to the #5 playoff seed.  The Bucks have a tough schedule after this game with road games at Charlotte and Cleveland followed by a home game against Phoenix.  They need to get a win here, and they will by a comfortable margin.
