Jacob Pullen starts the season red-hot for Kansas State

Jacob Pullen scored 20 points for the Kansas State Wildcats to lead them to an opening season win over James Madison. The Wildcats started slow, but regained confidence to open up the margin.

Kansas State comes into the season as the #3 ranked team in the country. Part of their high ranking is from pre-season All American First Teamer – Pullen. Pullen was assisted on the night with 19 points from Nick Russell.

James Madison was led in scoring by Devon Moore and Julius Wells, who both poured in 13.

The Wildcats will now wait until Tuesday to host the Virginia Tech Hokies. James Madison will now wait a full week to look to regain some confidence, when they head to Citadel on November 20th.
