Dan Henderson KOs Fedor [Video]

A raucous Chicago crowd took in a match between two of the all-time legends in MMA history. Dan Henderson vs. Fedor Emelianenko was one for the ages, and it lived up to the hype. One of the most exciting fights of the year, and here is the video.

The only qualm that some fans had — including Fedor himself — was that they thought referee Herb Dean stopped the fight too quickly. My opinion is that Fedor was indeed out, though he did pop back up after the third shot. It was a good stoppage by Dean, one of the best refs in MMA.

Can they please do that again?

Kyle Orton Trade To Miami Dolphins Dead After Matt Moore Signing

The Miami Dolphins are in a tough spot right now as they have been in desperate need of a veteran quarterback to get this offense going. Over the past few years, the Dolphins haven’t had too much trouble on the offensive side of the football in terms of the running game with Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams, but the passing game has been awful and in need of some new blood.

Once the NFL lockout was over and the Miami Dolphins could look for the quarterback they needed the struggling NFL franchise targeted Kyle Orton of the Denver Broncos. With Tim Tebow being the future face of the franchise and the projected starter in the Mile High City, the Denver Broncos have been looking to trade Kyle Orton while his value is still high and the Miami Dolphins were very interested.

Nnamdi Asomugha Signs With The Philadelphia Eagles

The NFL’s most sought after free agent is officially off the table after the Philadelphia Eagles seized the opportunity and signed lockdown corner Nnamdi Asomugha on Friday. Not only is this a serious upgrade to the Eagles’ secondary, but this move comes just one day after Philadelphia traded quarterback Kevin Kolb to the Arizona Cardinals in exchange for defensive back Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

With these two defensive beasts in the Philadelphia secondary and Asante Samuel, the Eagles may be just as good on defense as they are on offense next season. At this point in time, the Philadelphia Eagles could have the best secondary in the NFL and perhaps the best all-around defense.

This move was arguably the best move of any team in the offseason so far. The New England Patriots may have landed two Pro Bowlers in the same day by adding wide receiver Chad Ochocinco and defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth via trade, but the Philadelphia Eagles moves to upgrade the defense have been second to none thus far.

USA! USA! Insane Takedown at Wrestling Championships

You’d think this move is something out of professional wrestling, but this is from the Junior World Wrestling Championship, in Bucharest, Romania. In other words, REAL wrestling. USA’s Ellis Coleman lands — or should I say jumps into — this amazing takedown.
