Preview: A big game in the Big East will go on Friday night in Louisville. Jim Calhoun and his Connecticut Huskies will take on Rick Pitino and the Cardinals. The Huskies come into the game with a 20-5 record and 8-5 in conference play. Louisville is 19-6 overall, and 8-5 against teams from the Big East. Connecticut has won two straight games; downing both Providence and Georgetown.

The Cardinals are coming off a disappointing loss at Cincinnati. Both teams are chasing Pittsburgh, Notre Dame and Georgetown at the top of the standings. Kimba Walker and Preston Knowles are the go-to-guys for the Huskies and Cardinals respectively. Walker led the nation in scoring through a majority of the season, but has cooled down a bit since then.
