Chuck Knoblauch has admitted in a court of law to being a giant douchebag.  The former big league infielder, who was once pummeled by hot dogs at the Metrodome, pleaded guilty Tuesday to misdemeanor assault on his common-law wife.

Knoblauch entered his plea in exchange for deferred-adjudication probation, and after successfully completing one year of probation, the conviction could be expunged from his record, which is total BS.

He was also fined $1,000, which is apparently what it costs in Texas to hit your wife in the face and choke her.
