Brandon Jennings Wants To Make a Big Three

Ever since LeBron James made his “Decision” about his future in the NBA in which he would team up with superstars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in South Beach, a lot of big-name NBA players around the league have thought of doing the same thing as they fear that their current team won’t be able to compete with the likes of the defending NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat moving forward.

The two biggest names involvement in the next “Big Three” conversation have been All-Star point guard Chris Paul (New Orleans Hornets) and scoring machine Carmelo Anthony (Denver Nuggets). Even though it is a bit of a stretch to see these two All-Stars teaming up with Amare Stoudemire in the Big Apple with the New York Knicks, the LeBron’s move to the Miami Heat has made anything possible.

As of right now, Carmelo Anthony definitely seems to be on his way out of Denver, but unless the New Orleans Hornets decide to make a deal, Chris Paul will most likely be staying in Louisiana next season.

Even though Melo and Paul are the two most prominent players making headlines after all the big-name free agents have signed with new teams (except for Allen Iverson), there is a younger player that has started to make noise about possibly making his own “Big Three” in the years to come.

Last season Milwaukee Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings proved to everyone that he was the real deal and the next big thing in Milwaukee, but even though they played pretty well in the playoffs, the Bucks still headed home early as it was obvious they needed a few more pieces of the puzzle to contend with the big boys in the Eastern Conference.

With all the “Big Three” talk going around the NBA, Jennings has said that he wouldn’t mind teaming up with some other young players like Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Blake Griffin (Los Angeles Clippers) and or Tyreke Evans (Sacramento Kings).

Obviously all three of these players are still on rookie contracts and won’t even be able to consider heading elsewhere for at least a couple of years, but seeing some of these youngsters teaming up in the future is intriguing.

Jennings was not being serious when he said he wants to team with tyreke and curry (BLAKE GRIFFIN WAS NEVER MENTIONED). He also said in the same interview that players like lebron/wade/bosh are making the league less competitive. He said he would team with curry and tyreke but it was meant to be a backhanded remark to the miami heat.
And this blog folks……..is how rumors are made.
